C.E. Henry and Associates

My name is Chuck Henry, and I have an association with a number  of
experienced colleagues in the Ottawa, Canada.  We do IT Optimization,
Infrastructure, ITIL, and Enterprise Architecture Consulting.

I have extensive experience doing infrastructure architecture, server
consolidation and IT Optimization engagements. I deliver project plans,
enterprise architectures and business cases based on experience gained
in a thirty year career at IBM.

It is my belief that most IT organizations can simplify their application
development and service delivery capabilities as well as significantly
reduce costs using our experience. My engagements have reduced the
ongoing operational costs by 15 to 40% with most engagements in the 25
to 30% area.

The biggest obstacle to achieving these benefits is the culture of IT, and my
experience in building consensus along with a compelling business case
has allowed my clients to achieve success.
